Estate Planning & Asset Preservation: The New Estate Planning*

The biggest concern of retirees today is the fear of outliving their assets. The aging of the “baby boomers” and the changing family dynamic are impacting how we live our life in our “golden years.” This presentation will discuss the recent tax law changes for 2018 and its impact on the need for proper estate planning for individuals and couples of all levels of wealth. A discussion of asset protection strategies and how they can be utilized in your estate plan will make you aware of different options that may be of benefit to you. The presentation will also discuss Life Care Planning, what it is and how it impacts your estate plan, quality of life and the type of assets you own.
