Start Your Application

When you and your real estate agent place an offer on a home – and the seller accepts your offer – it’s time to get moving on your application. You and your local mortgage lender will lock in your mortgage interest rate and term for your loan, and will arrange an appraisal for the home.

Finalize Your Mortgage

We will ask for important documents to help us complete the underwriting process. These include pay stubs, employment records, tax returns and bank statements. Also, you will need to review and sign some documents related to your mortgage, either electronically or on paper (whichever you prefer). For faster processing, be sure to complete and return these documents in a timely manner.

Buy Your Home
