Marquette Bank is encouraging customers and employees to follow Center for Disease Control (CDC) and state health department recommendations for personal hygiene, safety, sanitation and physical distancing. A cross-functional team has been set-up to monitor the situation and ensure the continuation of the bank’s operations.

  • Hand-sanitizer is available in lobby areas for customer and employee use. All public spaces within Marquette Bank facilities are being cleaned regularly. Detailed handwashing instructions have been posted near all sinks in bathrooms and kitchen areas.

  • Customers and visitors must wear face coverings inside Marquette Bank banking centers and locations. You may be asked to briefly pull down or remove face coverings for identification purposes.

  • Employees have been provided with information on how to stay healthy and how to avoid illness through proper hygiene and safety practices:

    • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

    • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

    • Cover cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

    • Frequent hand washing with soap and water (for at least 30 seconds)

    • When soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

    • Maintain physical (social) distance.

    • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Employees have been instructed to stay home when they are not feeling well. 

  • Employees and departments have been spread out or separated to alternate locations to ensure physical distancing and continued operations. When possible, some employees are working from home.

  • For Customers:

    • We encourage you to use digital/online/mobile banking options for your everyday banking needs. We also recommend you still use ATMs for cash access, mobile banking for check deposits and drive-up services for routine transactions.

    • A personal banker may be able to complete your business over the phone; or prepare all the documents/materials for you to complete your business in the drive-up. Call a customer service specialist at 1-888-254-9500 to connect you with the right banker at the location that works best for you for safe deposit box access, large dollar transaction or your specialized banking needs.

    • ​In cases where you need to come into the lobby, we will follow physical distancing guidelines, employees/customers will wear masks and complete your business as quickly as possible. If you are able, call ahead and we will prepare paperwork ahead of time.

    • If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to avoid unnecessary trips to the bank. If you need assistance with a banking issue, call our customer service specialists at 1-888-254-9500.

  • For Everyone:

    • After completing a transaction in a public space whether you are at an ATM, using a store’s payment terminal or after handling cash, you should avoid touching your face and wash your hands (or use hand sanitizer).  Also, sanitize your payment cards and phone regularly.

    • ​When you come into the lobby, we will follow physical distancing guidelines, wear masks and complete your business as quickly as possible.
