As COVID-19 continues to disrupt daily life, Marquette Bank is committed to the health, safety and financial wellness of our customers, our employees and our communities. While – how we do banking is changing – our promise to you has not. We stand ready to help you through this crisis and serve your daily banking needs.
We have reopened the majority of our branch lobbies for walk-in service, however, we still encourage you to use digital/online/mobile banking options and the drive-up services. Two branches without drive-up facilities will remain temporarily closed. Our Evergreen Park-Kedzie location will remain drive-up only with lobby access by appointment only, as the branch is undergoing construction with a lobby update. If you have questions about your account, how to complete a transaction or anything related to your banking needs, we are ready to give you or find you the answers. A new banking center at 3435 W. 111th Street, Chicago, IL 60655 in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood is expected to open mid-August 2020.

Criminals are actively using the COVID-19 crisis to attempt to scam consumers and businesses out of money or sensitive information using robocalls, emails, texts and websites. It is common for scammers to pose as a person you can trust, such as a family member, government official, someone you do business with, a financial institution or a charity. Remember, Marquette Bank will not contact you to request personal information or banking information like account numbers, debit/credit card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time codes. Protect your personal, private, sensitive, account and banking information. Read about the most common scams.
