As COVID-19 continues to disrupt daily life, Marquette Bank is committed to the health, safety and financial wellness of our customers, our employees and our communities. While – how we do banking is changing – our promise to you has not. We stand ready to help you through this crisis and serve your daily banking needs.

Branch Availability:

We have reopened the majority of our branch lobbies for walk-in service, however, we still encourage you to use digital/online/mobile banking options and the drive-up services. Two branches without drive-up facilities will remain temporarily closed. Our Evergreen Park-Kedzie location will remain drive-up only with lobby access by appointment only, as the branch is undergoing construction with a lobby update. If you have questions about your account, how to complete a transaction or anything related to your banking needs, we are ready to give you or find you the answers. A new banking center at 3435 W. 111th Street, Chicago, IL 60655 in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood is expected to open mid-August 2020.

Digital, Online and Mobile Banking Options:

We encourage you to use your self-service digital banking options including: online banking, online bill pay, mobile banking, mobile deposit, Zelle® or a mobile wallet (like Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay). This is a good time to set up account alerts, debit card fraud alerts or use the personal finance option to track all your finances in a single place. Our friendly customer service specialists can help you activate, optimize and use the tools available to you, just call 1-888-254-9500 for assistance. Find more information about all your digital options here.

Free Allpoint ATMs:

Marquette Bank offers you over 55,000 free ATMs worldwide including 40,000+ in the United States and 1,000+ in the Chicagoland area through our Allpoint surcharge-free network. Find them in most local Walgreens, CVS, Target, Costco and Speedway locations. Use our Mobile Banking App or our website to find one near you.

Fraud Prevention:

Criminals are actively using the COVID-19 crisis to attempt to scam consumers and businesses out of money or sensitive information using robocalls, emails, texts and websites. It is common for scammers to pose as a person you can trust, such as a family member, government official, someone you do business with, a financial institution or a charity. Remember, Marquette Bank will not contact you to request personal information or banking information like account numbers, debit/credit card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time codes. Protect your personal, private, sensitive, account and banking information. Read about the most common scams.

Financial Hardship & Relief:

During this crisis, we understand many of our customers and neighbors may be experiencing financial challenges. Marquette Bank is prepared to discuss your situation and offer assistance. If you are experiencing hardship, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-254-9500. Our Health Savings and Personal Identity Theft benefits* offered through our FunRewards Program are free to all customer households until 12/31/20. Find additional information and resources here.

Customer Service Center:

We are working hard to keep your transactions flowing. We are monitoring and adjusting transaction limits for ATMs, mobile deposit and Zelle®. We are showing customers how to use digital channels to complete their banking business. We are completing transactions over the phone and looking for ways to make your financial life easier without having to come face-to-face with a banker. Call 1-888-254-9500 with your questions, your issues and to find solutions to your banking needs. Our Customer Service Center is open 7-days-a-week.

We are committed to helping you and our community through this difficult time. We've seen many of our neighbors rediscovering modern, local banking over the past couple of months. Thank you for your trust, for your confidence and for continuing to bank with Marquette Bank. We look forward to serving you and your family!

Sincerely,

George S. Moncada
