 ⚠️ Fraud Alert: Beware of Spoofing Phone Calls

 
We have seen increased activity of scammers targeting local banks with spoofing calls. Criminals are "spoofing" bank’s phone numbers and posing as bank representatives.
 
These callers may:
  • Ask for your debit card number, PIN, CVV or security code
  • Request your online banking username, password, or verification codes
  • Claim there are suspicious out-of-state transactions on your account
  • Reference unauthorized Zelle® transactions and ask you to "verify" information
 
Remember: We will never call you and ask for your debit card information, online banking credentials, PIN, or one-time security codes.
 
If you receive a suspicious call:
  1. Hang up immediately.
  2. Do not provide any personal or account information.
  3. Contact us directly using the phone number listed on our website or the back of your debit card.
