  3. Property Address
  4. Description of the error explanation as to why you believe it is an error or a request for specific information regarding the servicing of your loan

If you think your statement is wrong or an error has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible using the written procedure documented above within 60 days of receiving your statement.

In addition, you may also call 1-888-254-9500 and request to speak with the “Retail Mortgage Servicing Department,” but doing so will not preserve your rights. You must write to us to preserve your rights.

You do not have to pay the amount in question while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts your Account that are not in question. While we investigate your question, we will not report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount in question.
