WCAG 2.1 A & AA Website Compliance

We have designed, developed, and regularly monitor our website to support functional accessibility and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 A & AA guidelines. We enhanced this website with the assistance of an expert independent third-party web accessibility consultant who utilized a WCAG audit team that included web application developers and experts with disabilities using the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers

  • Screen magnifiers

  • Speech recognition software

  • Alt keyboard navigation

  • High contrast mode, etc.

Please note: So that we may provide our customers with the most accessible online experience possible, be sure to use the latest version of your web browser and/or assistive technology.

WCAG 2.1 POUR Principles

This website supports the W3C WCAG POUR Principles which create the functional accessibility necessary for people with visual, auditory, mobility, and cognitive disabilities to access our website’s content:

  • Perceivable – Information and user interface components should be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.  This means that users should be able to perceive the information being presented (it shouldn’t be invisible to all their senses).

  • Operable – User interface components and navigation should be operable. This means that users should be able to operate the interface (the interface shouldn’t require interaction that a user cannot perform).

  • Understandable – Information and the operation of user interface should be understandable. This means that users should be able to understand the information as well as the operation of the user interface (the content or operation shouldn’t be beyond their understanding).

  • Robust – Content should be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies. This means that users should be able to access the content as technologies advance (as technologies and user agents evolve, the content should remain accessible).
