Health Insurance

We offer a great health benefits package to all full and part-time eligible employees.  This package includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance at a variety of costs, coverages and networks to find the best bundle for you and your eligible family members. 

Coverage, if elected, starts first of the month coincident with or next following 30 days of employment.

 

Full and part-time employees can participate in one of the five Marquette Bank health insurance plans offered through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois consisting of:

  • One HMO Plan – This Plan provides a Blue Advantage network of providers from which to select your Medical Group and Primary Care Physician.

  • Two Separate PPO Plans – Each Plan provides flexibility to use either in-network or out-of-network providers without requiring a referral. You may enroll in either the larger (statewide network) or smaller (Chicago Metro network) PPO Plan.

  • Two Separate High Deductible Plans – While these plans offer both the larger and smaller network options, as well as the same PPO flexibility to use either in-network or out-of-network providers without requiring a referral, you save on your monthly premium rate since you’ll be responsible for paying a higher deductible amount before the plan begins to pay.

 

Under our dental plans, you can choose to participate in the Dental HMO managed care plan or the Dental PPO, which is a preferred provider organization. Our plans cover preventive care and offset basic and major services. Orthodontics is also covered based on age and maximum allowance.


 

Marquette Bank offers two different vision plans providing coverage on routine eye exams, glasses and contact lenses and a hearing aid discount program. These plans provide a strong network of providers.

Pre-Tax Savings and Spending

Get the most out of your spending with pre-tax savings through one or more of these programs.

 

Employees enrolled in one of Marquette Bank’s high deductible health plans (HDHP) are eligible to contribute to a HSA to save and pay for deductibles, coinsurance and qualified health care expenses.


 

The FSA is available to allow you to pay for eligible expenses through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. You can enroll in a Healthcare FSA for qualifying medical, dental and vision expenses or a Dependent Care FSA for daycare expenses.


 

Employees can use tax-free dollars to pay for eligible transit expenses. Your funds are loaded onto your RTA Transit Benefit Card, Ventra Direct Load or Pace Vanpool Load to pay your transit expenses directly.

Life & Disability Insurance

Marquette Bank offers life and disability insurances to safeguard your financial well-being and peace of mind. 

 

All employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week and have at least 30 days of continuous active employment with Marquette Bank will automatically be provided Short Term and Long Term Disability at no cost.

 

All full and part time employees automatically receive a basic group term life insurance and AD&D benefit at no cost. Employees can also purchase additional employee, spouse and child life insurance protection.

Retirement Plans

Marquette Bank cares about your long-term financial goals and provides two separate retirement plans to help you prepare for your future.

 

Our employee savings and retirement plan provides an immediate dollar-for-dollar discretionary match up to 2%, plus pre-tax and Roth after-tax deferral elections, and a wide array of investment options.

Time Off
