Personal and Loan-related Information.
You may provide us information about you, which may include personal information and information relating to or necessary for the initiation, processing, or completion of certain financial transactions, including the issuance of loans.
Event Registration or Request for Meetings.
You may provide contact data through secure online forms for bank hosted events/seminars or for requesting a meeting for a particular financial service. Typically, this information includes name, address, phone, email and other relevant information. This data is used only for the purpose of the form and is not retained on the site.
Transactional Information.
We may also create transactional records of each of the transactions or other events occurring through our site. Marquette Bank never sells data. We may share, transfer, or disclose your information in the course of normal operations in accordance with our Bank Privacy Policy, as well as in the following circumstances:
To Service Providers.
We work with third party service providers to provide services including loan or transaction processing or administration; site hosting and other similar services, development and maintenance; advertising and marketing services; and other services related to our site and Services for us. These third parties may have access to or process your information as part of providing those services for us. Marquette Bank has certain measures in place to maintain the security, confidentiality and integrity of the information gathered through the site, and to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of such information. While we take measures to protect your personal information against security breaches and unauthorized access, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will be effective all of the time against all security threats. 9. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

11. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
12. EMAIL AND OPT-OUT PROCEDURES
As a bank, there are some limited operational (non-promotional) emails sent that do not contain an opt-out link, such as required compliance notifications, monthly online statement notifications and fraud/scam alerts. These emails are either legally required or are in your best interest in receiving in a timely manner.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time by following the steps to “unsubscribe” described in the footer of our marketing emails. Generally, your opt-out will become effective in 15 days or less.
Please be aware that our emails come from various systems and sometimes from service providers on our behalf. According to agreements made with these service providers, you may have to “unsubscribe” from these emails separately by following the steps described in the footer of these marketing emails.
You are encouraged to have your primary email on file with Marquette Bank. Having your current and primary email allows us to have an alternative channel to reach you in the case of an urgent communication related to your account or an important communication related to our services.
