• Articles of Incorporation/Operating Agreement (LLC) Partnership Agreement (Partnerships)
• Completed Personal Financial Statement on approved Marquette Bank Form
• Signed application and disclosures
• Invoice (Auto & Equipment loans only)
• Proof of Insurance (Vehicle and Equipment loans only)
