FunRewards Debit Card Rewards
Terms and Conditions

(Effective 9/1/17)

FunRewards Debit Card Rewards program (“the program”) is administered by Marquette Bank (“the bank”) and was started 12/18/02. For the most up-to-date terms and conditions for the program, visit: www.emarquettebank.com/FunRewards

Redemption: Call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-254-9500 to redeem FunRewards points (“points”) Mon. to Fri. 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sat. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; or Sun. 8 a.m. to Noon CST. Points are redeemed for cash. Cash will be deposited into the account holder’s checking account. Points may be redeemed according to the following redemption levels: 4,000 points for $5; 6,000 points for $10; 12,000 points for $20; 16,000 points for $30; or 20,000 points for $50. Points have no value until redeemed.

Eligibility: The program is available to any bank customer (“cardholder”) who has a Marquette Bank personal checking account (“checking account”) and a Marquette Bank Debit MasterCard® (“debit card”). The bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from participating in the program and to invalidate all points for abuse, fraud or any violation of the program terms and conditions. Customers who are closing accounts can redeem points only up to the time of account closing.

Point Rewards: Points are awarded for purchases and transactions processed using your debit card as a non-PIN signature transaction. ATM withdrawals, point of sale PIN purchases or any transactions processed as a PIN number are NOT eligible for points. Some retailers, stores and businesses automatically process some purchases as PIN transactions; these transactions are not eligible to receive points. For each dollar in qualified net non-PIN signature purchases with your debit card, you earn one point. Qualified net non-PIN signature purchases are defined as the dollar value of goods and services purchased with your debit card minus any credits, returns or other adjustments as reflected on the monthly checking account statement (online or printed). There is no limit on the amount of points you can earn or redeem.

Point Expiration: Points must be redeemed prior to expiration date. Unused points will expire on Dec. 31st of the year following the calendar year in which points were earned. (For example: Points earned in 2017 will expire Dec. 31, 2018; points earned in 2018 will expire Dec. 31, 2019, etc.) Points will be redeemed from earliest points earned.

Tracking Points: Points earned will be posted to your monthly checking account statement. Points must be posted to your account and on your statement in order to be redeemed.

Program Suspension or Cancellation: The bank reserves the right to withdraw, alter, amend, cancel or temporarily suspend the program, in full or in part, or the terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Cancellation or suspension could result in the forfeiture of earned points and a change in the redemption of any outstanding rewards. Point redemption amounts may be revised or withdrawn at any time without notice. If the bank should decide to terminate the program, the cardholder (or any other beneficiary) will release, discharge and hold harmless Marquette Bank, MasterCard®, the program administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns from all claims, damages or liability arising out of participation in the program.

Tax Liability: The cardholder is responsible for any personal tax liability related to participation in the program or as a result of points earned and/or redeemed. Cash rewards are considered income for tax purposes and subject to 1099 reporting.
