Marquette Bank Expands Management Team with Promotion of Colleen McKeever-Marszalek to Senior Vice President

CHICAGO, IL — November, 21, 2025 — Marquette Bank announced the promotion of Colleen McKeever-Marszalek to Senior Vice President, Director of Customer Operations and Strategy. She also serves as the bank's ADA Coordinator. In her expanded role, Marszalek will manage the bank's customer and retail operations, including the call center, and marketing.

By approaching our customer service, operations, and marketing in a cohesive manner, we will continue to provide a customer-centric approach to neighborhood banking," remarked Marszalek.
Marszalek began her career at Marquette Bank in 1997 in retail operations management. Her career has steadily advanced throughout her tenure at the bank, providing her with extensive expertise in retail operations, alternate delivery channels, products and services, and call center management. With this experience, Marszalek has a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and operational strategy. Outside of the bank, Marszalek is a volunteer for the Kevin Dowling Toy Drive, an annual event that brings Christmas to sick children.
